The basics solved it for me as well. It might be that the grading system upped the level based on how few cells were given, not just the solving techniques. |

I guess I'm dense; I still don't see Clement's xy-wing. My logic was that r5c5 can't be 1, if it is then r6c4 becomes the only possible 8 in r6 and the only possible 3 in c4. Is this a named pattern? |
