Not exactly. R9c2 and r8c8 are pincer cells. The eliminations are r8c3,r9c8<>8.

Ahhh, I did not see r9c8, but just removing the 8 from r8c3 is enough to complete the puzzle ... and I included ...

The notation we are using in this forum is known as a The Eureka notation. It is a compact method to write Alternating Inference Chains.
