I dropped this into a solver.

It solved it, but not without "guesses".

Plus, the 2 guesses were in the first 4 steps.

hobiwan lists this pattern separately under both names. I like the moniker "Death Blossom" better. Perhaps most people don't? Smile

That last puzzle, 1645, has a nice Death Blossom which can turn it into a 2 stepper. (skyscraper)
