I'm short on the terminology for the solve type when eliminations result from vert or horiz pairs, I just use the # with the 2x rows and columns.

I think you got it right, but as you say, with some unusual terminology, and it appears a mistake in the column number.
How about:
xy wing 17-3 at r1c1 which gives
