Hi, I need help.
I have often been able to solve "Hard" puzzles.
So I am trying "V. Hard" puzzles.
Without giving too much away, would you tell me in general terms if the "key" to this one is (e.g. hidden pairs in a row, etc.)?
If I'm still not having success, I'll ask you to be more specific.

Generally speaking, V. Hard puzzles require basic steps, such as pairs and triples and locked candidates (also called box-line interactions) plus a few so-called advanced steps. I needed four advanced steps, although there was a more direct solution that I missed.

The Hard puzzles can often be solved with basic steps only.

There was a thread devoted to this puzzle which you can read. Or if you'd prefer not to see how people solved it, you can post your partially completed grid in this thread and people will be glad to answer your questions.
