XY-Wing 14 17 47 pivoted in r8c8 eliminates 4 in r7c2 solving it.

An X wing in 1s sets up a W wing in 47, resulting in r8c8=1. This solves the puzzle.

You can also work the 147 xy-wing with pivot at r7c9 setting r8c1<>1.
