Some additional basic work will clean things up nicely; a hidden 1 in r1 leads to several cells being solved revealing the 359 xy wing already cited. Some 2s can be culled using box-line reduction although I don't think they are needed. Using your grid I could not find the required strong link on 9 in c6. However, I did find a 39 w wing in c45 using the strong link on 9 in r9, which yields a solution. |

It's there. It's not literally a strong link with only two occurrences, but what some call a grouped strong link. Regardless of which 9 it is in box 5, r6c4 must be 3. |
