I was looking for hard and found it. I need to now know the next few steps. I think there must be a 'wing' thing or something else I don't understand. If you could just point out my next step I would really appreciate it.

Hi Holly
Glad you are giving these a go!
Look at Box 1: there is a triple 1,6,7 in cols 2 & 3 therefore you can eliminate these numbers from the other cells in this Box.  |
