I am stuck!! Need help.

Board looks like below but can't figure out next move.

There is a pair <15> in Block 3 which you can use to clear possibilities in the last 3 squares of R3. There is a hidden pair <67> in R3.

This should allow to to solve 3 squares with the value <8>.
