I always spot the URs first (27 UR Type 1 boxes 8 and 9) but the 'standard solution' (a term which Marty coined a couple years ago meaning a solution using just X, XY, or XYZ wings) would have to be one of the XY wings mentioned in Marty's post (i.e. 26-4 with pivot at r2c1 or 46-2 with pivot at r7c1).
