If you look at r1c3 and r1c4 which are next to each other.

If r1c3 is 8 then there is no 8 in r1c4.
if r1c3 is not 8 then that removes the 2in r1c1 which means no 8 in r1c4 either.

Either candidate removes 8 so r1c4<> 8 stte.

Thanks Mogulmeister, I would have described it as

r1c4 <> 8 as then r1c3 = 9, r3c2 = 2 and then no two's in box 2

Love the analogies. For me, the XY-Wings do the trick. Easier for me to see.

Actually it was the 27-8 XY-Wing that did it in my case.
