If a=3, b=5, c=3 leads to no <3> in row 5, so a=5 to solve

This could also be a <35> W wing in <c> and <a> giving -5 in (b)

W-Wing 5,7 in r1c2,r5c3 SL with number 5 in r25c1 and -7 in r12c3,r6c2
W-Wing 3,5 in r2c1,r8c7 SL with number 3 in r5c17 and -5 in r2c7
